Got the same problem. Reinstalled the battlenet launcher, relocated the game via the battlenet launcher, and now it's trying to update or something, but it is just stuck on waiting. Been this way for about 30 minutes now. So far my experience with the battlenet launcher has been abysmal. Easily the worst launcher I have ever used. The bltadwin.ru Desktop Application gets stuck on Downloading New Files. Disable any proxies that may interfere with the login module. The Battle-net program is the UI you see that launches the Blizzard games and handles all the Friends chat stuff, amongst other things (News, Shop, etc). With regard to updates, it has another program it talks to called Agent, which actually does the updates. Now find and delete the bltadwin.ru folder. Now run the Blizzard bltadwin.ru app and update the game. Do note that this step may cause the app to “forget” the game install locations and you will see Install on the game tab instead of Play.
